There is no sign-up in this app, on purpose. Accounts are made at the counter, at either store, and it takes about a minute — bring the phone number or email you want on the account and we’ll set your pricing while you’re there. If you buy from us already, you probably have one.
Type the phone number or the email that is on your account and we text or email a 6-digit code — there is no password. Whichever one you use has to be the one the store has on file.
- No code arrived? Check the other one — if the store has your email and you typed a number, the code went to the email. Tap “Send another” once, then call us.
- “That code didn’t work”? Codes expire after a few minutes, and after several wrong tries we pause new ones for an hour. Wait it out or call the counter — we can confirm what’s on your account.
- Changed your number? Tell us at the counter and it’ll work on the next try.
